Ketan Mehta's Rang Rasiya Randeep Hooda and Nandana Sen, the movie is based on noval Raja Ravi Varma by Ranjit Desai. Rang Rasiya is a wasted chance for a layered portrait of a colourful and bold figure in Indian Art.
